Most families juggle six vendors and trust none of them. We replace all six with one relationship.

Three pillars,
one relationship.

All 42 services

Four steps, then
you stop worrying.

01

You call once

One number, answered by a person in English, Kannada or Hindi. Registered numbers skip the IVR entirely.

02

A coordinator is assigned

Named, and yours. Not a ticket queue — the same person every time you call, who already has your household on screen.

03

Vetted people arrive

Police-verified, address-verified, medically screened. You scan their badge before you open the door.

04

You watch from anywhere

Every visit logged with notes, vitals and photographs, whatever timezone you are reading from.

Your coordinator

One person who
knows your family.

Every household is assigned a dedicated Care Coordinator who oversees every booking, every deployment and every escalation. They know your mother’s medication schedule, which hospital she prefers, and that she does not like strangers in the kitchen before nine.

When you call at two in the morning, you are not explaining your situation to a stranger.

You are introduced to your coordinator by name before your first visit, and you keep them.

Trust

Who we let into
your parents’ home.

Tier one

Police clearance

A police verification certificate on file, with an expiry date. An expired check blocks assignment automatically.

Tier two

Address & identity

Government photo identity and a physically verified address, both re-verified on a cycle rather than once at joining.

Tier three

Medical screening

Medical fitness screening appropriate to the work, including for homes with an immunocompromised resident.

At the door

A QR badge

Scan it before you open the door. It shows the photograph, the name and the state of all four checks — or it does not.

How vetting and your data actually work

Emergency

When minutes matter,
we have already moved.

60sec

Acknowledgement

A medical SOS that is not acknowledged inside this window escalates on its own, without anyone deciding to chase it.

120min

Caregiver replacement

A missed check-in triggers a skill-matched substitute automatically, and you are told it is happening.

2units

Redundant dispatch

A backup ambulance is queued in parallel with the primary. If the primary stalls, we switch without waiting for you to ask.

4rungs

Escalation ladder

From assigned coordinator up to the founder / clinical lead, each rung on a timer.

Not per parent.

What each tier includes

Questions families ask.

Where do you operate?

Bengaluru only, for now. We would rather be excellent in one city than adequate in seven. The platform is built so a second city is a configuration change, not a rebuild.

Does my parent need to use an app?

No. The senior in your family is cared for, not asked to learn software. The app is for you — and for the coordinator and caregivers who work for you. Nothing about the service depends on your mother owning a smartphone.

I live abroad. Does that work?

It is what we are built for. Secondary and NRI relatives get their own access with scoped visibility, updates in your timezone, and the ability to approve an emergency deposit from another continent.

What happens to my family’s health data?

It is encrypted, and access is governed by recorded consent under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 — not by who happens to be paying. Every access is written to a hash-chained audit log you can request. Consent can be withdrawn, and withdrawal takes effect immediately.

Why publish your prices?

Because the alternative is asking a family in distress to negotiate. Every price on this site is the price. Emergency and Last Journey services are billed at cost with the coordination fee stated separately.
