What this actually is

Not nursing, and not a maid. An attendant trained in mobility support, dementia-aware communication and fall prevention, who is there for company as much as for tasks — which is the need most families under-estimate and most services refuse to price.

What is included

  • Mobility support: walking, transfers, stairs, bathroom assistance
  • Medication reminders against the schedule on file
  • Conversation, reading, walks and accompaniment
  • Fall-risk awareness and hazard reporting through the app

What is not

  • Clinical procedures — injections, catheters and wound care require the nursing tier
  • Lifting a person unaided where a hoist is clinically indicated
  • Overnight sole responsibility unless the shift is booked as a night shift
